Whenever you're feeling like you need a mood boost, indulge in a night at home with the following ritual to help ease your body, mind, and spirit.
- Turn your bathroom into an oasis by lighting candles, drawing a warm bath, and for an even more indulgent experience, add some Calm Bath Salts and rose petals to deeply relax your body and mind.
- While sitting in the bath, apply our Blue Tansy Mask and let your body soak up the benefits of the bath and mask at the same time. After 15–20 minutes or until mask is completely dry, rinse with warm water. (If you have sensitive skin, leave the mask on for 5 minutes, rinse with warm water, and continue soaking in tub).
- Once you are finished with the bath, dry yourself off and put on your softest, coziest loungewear.
- Next, take a few drops of Lapis Facial Oil into clean hands. Close your eyes and take a minute to smell the oil, inhaling deeply to receive the benefits of Blue Tansy.
- Rub your palms together to warm the oil up slightly and then gently massage the oil onto your face. Spend extra time massaging your temples, in between your eyebrows, and your jawline to release tension and stress throughout the whole body.
