WHO IS PACT COLLECTIVE?
This year, Herbivore entered the Pact Collective, a non-profit organization created to unite the beauty industry to take responsibility for the impacts of our packaging. As one of 170 members across beauty and wellness, we’re working with industry experts and other brands to push beauty packaging into a more circular system.
In our first partnership together, Herbivore is working with Pact to ensure that all Clean Swap trade-in products are diverted from the landfill and enter the circularity of the beauty supply chain.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
*First 500 qualifying customers who comply with the terms of the program and pay the $6 trade-in shipping fee will receive a FREE Moon Fruit Serum (valued at $62). Trade-in retinol can be any brand of retinol, including those that may already have been used.
Valid for US residents in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Must be 18 years old at the time of application. Limit one application and one retinol trade-in per person.
Apply to Herbivore’s Clean Swap program and retinol trade-up at herbivorebotanicals.com/cleanswap from August 15, 2023, 12 AM PST, through August 25, 2023, 11:59 PM PST. Eligible applicants will receive a link via email to pay the $6 trade-in shipping cost, followed by a USPS shipping label to send their retinol trade-in to Pact Collective. Valid for trade-in shipments from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only. Trade-in item must match the application, be in the original manufacturer's packaging, and ship via the provided Clean Swap trade-in shipping label. Unmarked, unlabeled products will not be accepted. Items sent via another mail-back service or through a Pact in-store bin do not qualify. Once trade-in is verified, a FREE full-size Moon Fruit Serum will be mailed to the applicant. Trade-ins must be postmarked by September 20, 2023. Applicants who fail to complete the trade-in may be disqualified from future Herbivore programs.
The $6 shipping is non-refundable, and the Free Moon Fruit Serum cannot be returned, exchanged for cash or store credit, or resold. Herbivore Botanicals and Pact are not responsible for customer mis-entry of shipping address, USPS delivery errors, or package theft. Trade-in items cannot be returned to the customer once mailed. Herbivore Botanicals and Pact Collective are not responsible for lost or missing items. Offer is subject to change.
