Coco Rose Coconut + Tremella Milky Body Mist

I love the COCO Rose Coconut + Tremella Milky Body Mist is so hydrating and smells incredible. I love this mist. It sprays a bit thick and splotchy but I rub into my skin and it quickly absorbs. I love the application because it doesn't feel cold and I can spray a few spots and rub it in so it last forever. My skin feels so incredibly soft and hydrated. I love the way it smells and my skin feels soft for several days after each use.

I was excited to try this product, I am so forgetful when it comes to moisturizing my body and having it in a convenient mist form sounded appealing. The packaging is quite pretty and the mist comes out in a nice gentle spray and is easy to use. The formula is moisturizing and application is a breeze. Now on to the scent. I absolutely love the scent of coconut and roses, I thought this would be right up my alley. Once I sprayed it onto my skin I took a whiff and did not get any hint of rose. The coconut was prominent but not in a tropical sense. It literally smelled like my favorite Thai soup, which is great when I'm eating it, but I don't want to smell like it. I tried spraying it onto my other arm and tried it on my coworker to see if it would smell different. Nope, all I could smell was coconut curry with a hint of lemongrass. It actually made me nauseous and despite how moisturizing it was I had to wash it off. To be fair, my coworker enjoyed the scent but did concede that it was not what she would have imagined just from reading the scent profile. I don't like to leave negative reviews but I rely very heavily on them when purchasing products, especially when it comes to scent, so I feel that it is important to give my honest opinion here.

While I liked this product overall, the milky body mist left my skin feeling clean, smooth, and refreshed after each use. However, the scent was a bit too rose-heavy and floral for my personal preference. I was hoping the Coco Rose fragrance would have more of a coconut scent rather than such a strong rose note. That said, it's still a nice product and definitely made me feel clean and fresh when using it after a shower. I personally wouldn't purchase this particular scent again because the rose fragrance was too strong for me, but I would consider buying it in a different scent. The bottle and labeling was also very appealing.
